How does it work?

You would remain the managing agent, we would essentially be a self-managing tenant (dealing with all the tenant/guest correspondents and minor maintenance that comes on a regular basis). We would only reach out when a more substantial aspect needs addressing to such as a boiler breakdown or damp issues.


We cover the cost of day-to-day repairs during the term of the contract. This service also includes tenancy management, meaning that the landlords will have no involvement for the term of the contract.

 

What`s in it for you?

You will still be paid your fees

You as the agent will still get paid from your tenant finders fee or your monthly management fee and we the company will be the 'tenant' and pay the requested rent.  

Guaranteed rent for the Landlord

The property owner is guaranteed rent  for the duration of the contract.

Offering a new service to the Landlord

As the agent you will also have a new service to offer your landlords. You will be able to offer 'Guaranteed Rent' with no additional work to yourselves as we will take on the risk and additional work to manage the property.

No tenant admin or management

You won`t need to manage the tenants or viewings as we will look after all of that and you will just manage. us
